Born on July 24, 1967 in the city of Kurgan-Tube.
In 1988 he graduated from the Chernigov Higher Military Aviation Pilot School. He served in Ukraine in a fighter regiment, after the collapse of the USSR since 1992, he served in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan in the positions of senior officer of the Air Force, chief of operations, deputy chief of staff of the Air Force of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 1998 he graduated from the Air Force Academy named after NE Zhukovsky and Yury Gagarin with a gold medal. He served as Deputy Chief of the Main Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, First Deputy Chief of the Main Staff, Chief of the Main Staff of the Armed Forces - First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2006 he was appointed Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces - First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan.
