The Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff participated in the events of the International Military-Technical Forum “ARMY-2021”

On August 24, Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff, took part in the activities of the International Military-Technical Forum "ARMY-2021" held at the Congress and Exhibition Center of the Russian Defense Ministry "Patriot".
Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff, in the course of his visit to the large-scale exposition of the International Military Technical Forum, noted: "Ensuring the military security of CSTO member States is impossible without close and constructive military and technical cooperation between partners in the Organization. The International Military-Technical Forum "ARMY-2021" creates excellent conditions for effective integration in this area.
The Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff participated in working meetings with representatives of defense establishments of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan.
There was an exchange of views on the advanced military-technical developments presented at the exhibition, including the high protective characteristics of certain models of military and special equipment. Interaction aimed at improving the CSTO collective security system was discussed.
