A working meeting was held between the heads of the main operational departments of the general staffs of the armed forces of the CSTO member states in Kyrgyzstan

Between August 28 and 29, a group of officers led by the First Deputy Head of the CSTO Joint Staff, Lieutenant General Hasan Kaloev, took part in the working meeting of the chiefs of the main operational departments of the general staffs of the armed forces of the CSTO member states, which was held in the village of Chok-Tal Issyk -Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The meeting discussed the challenges and threats to military security in the Central Asian region, plans for the development of military cooperation between the member states of the Organization for the medium term, as well as ways to improve the components of the CSTO Troops (Collective Forces).
