Born on June 25, 1967 in the city of Baranavichy, Brest Region.
Married. He has a son.
In 1988 he graduated from the Omsk Higher All-Arms Command School named after M.V. Frunze, after which he served as commander of a platoon, company, chief of staff of the battalion.
From 1995 to 1998 - a student of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus, after graduation he served in various positions at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2004 to 2006 - a student of the state educational institution of higher professional education “Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation”.
Since 2006, he served in the positions of the Head of the Directorate, Deputy Head of the Main Organizational-Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, First Deputy Chief of the Main Organizational-Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2010 to 2014 - Head of the Main Organizational-Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
In July 2011, by decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus, he was given the military rank of Major General.
From October 2014 to February 2018 - First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2018, he was appointed Deputy Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff.
